Large, VERY attractive, modern-looking facilities. Blended worship with a contemporary emphasis. Professional level praise band. Adult and junior choirs. Bell choir. Highly skilled keyboardists, percussionists, and instrumentalists. One of the young keyboard players is a fine jazz pianist.
PowerPoint computer generated images project a menu of announcements as the people gather, the lyrics to hymns/choruses, and the main points in the pastor's sermon (usually topical).
Their college students have not identified with “the big people's church” and have started their own church (with the blessing and support of the pastor and people) on the church campus, and now support their own pastor. Their service is called The Bridge, a “church for Generation X, by Generation X.
This church has just gone through a merger with another church.
